Subject: [PATCH] content: tighten text across 14 slides

- Convert long sentences to bullet lists (slides 6, 8)
- Convert <p><br> platform lists to <ul> (slides 19, 26)
- Trim wordy phrases (slides 3, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 24, 28, 31, 34)
