Subject: [PATCH] docs: fix slide 20 OpenTofu facts + slide 21 heading size

- slide 20: BSL -> BUSL 1.1; "OpenTF Foundation" -> CNCF project;
  soften "fully compatible" to "diverging features"; note CNCF since 2025
- slide 21: smaller heading to match slide 20
